Corporate Events

Do you need to give a presentation for work? Want to show your clients how much you appreciate them? Need a board meeting and have too many people that won’t fit around a table? For $150 you can rent out the Clova. We have a projector that you can plug your laptop into. We keep the concession open for snacks and drinks for your guests/employees. If you’d like, you have the option to watch a movie afterwards for an additional $150. If there’s a certain movie that we would need to bring in for you, the price raises to $300.

The fine print:

* We require a non-refundable $75.00 deposit within 7 days of booking. The balance can be paid on the event date. 

* There must be two administrators / supervisors during the event. Please arrive 45 minutes prior to the event. The doors open 30 minutes prior. 

* No outside food or drinks permitted. We ask that you let everybody know. If you have tickets, please print this on your tickets. We may search bags and jackets for outside food. 

* In accordance with studio policy the names of the movies MUST NOT appear on the tickets or any form of signs.

*If you prefer a certain movie to be brought in, It increases the price to $300, giving you a total of $450.
